The Imaging Partners Online Story
Imaging Partners Online was founded in 2006 by Dr John Stubbe, Dr Julian Adler and Mr Bob Sheraton.
Each of these individuals came to the partnership with different experiences and a different perspective (John from Corporate and Regional Radiology practices, Julian from a Large Private Practice and Bob came out of retirement after 40 years business experience in the health sector) however they came together with a common vision to create new benchmarks in the quality of imaging reporting within a company environment that was driven by standards of excellence.
John, Julian and Bob had all observed & experienced the industry need for a changing service delivery model to meet the problems being created by a global manpower shortage of Radiologists. In addition, they recognised the changing expectations that Radiologists had in regards to the environments they wished to work in. The founding Principals saw the opportunity to combine available Radiologists resources with the enhanced technological developments and to put these in the right environment with the right processes to deliver an outstanding service delivery model.
They then went about creating a service delivery model with the following key components:
- purpose designed sites (as opposed to home based reporting) in Sydney, Melbourne and London
- outstanding Radiologists and staff to service the model
- a proprietary quality assurance system to support the delivery of defined quality and service delivery KPI’s.
- leading edge technology with comprehensive redundancies
Imaging Partners Online was born and commenced reporting in February 2007.
The Principals of Imaging Partners Online share a common goal to contribute to making a difference to improved imaging reporting standards in Australia and overseas and share an obsession with excellence. They have created a culture where there is a commitment to and expectation of excellence at all levels of the organisation. Out of this unbending commitment to excellence has come the company credo.
