Imaging Partners Online have developed proprietary Quality Assurance systems and processes to support the delivery of service excellence.
IPO’s Quality Assurance Programme involves:
- Detailed credentialing and reference checks for each Radiologist prior to commencement of reporting
- All new radiologists (no matter how experienced) have 100% of their first two shifts reviewed by another radiologist
- Ongoing clinical audits and mandatory attendance at clinical review meetings
- Identification, tracking and management of reporting discrepancies (categorised by severity)
- Double reporting of 50 consecutive cases for all radiologists on a rotational basis
- Monitoring of turnaround times and detailed analysis of each step in the process from receipt, reporting and transmission of images and reports to support the commitment to continuous improvement.
IPO provides clients with regular reports, holds clinical review meetings and provides online feedback mechanisms to ensure absolute client satisfaction and ultimate patient care.
