The IPO Team

Lindsay is responsible for the overall operational management of the Imaging Partners Online group.
Prior to joining IPO, Lindsay’s experience includes ten years as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a listed health information technology company. In this role, Lindsay was responsible for the management of the UK and US businesses, and the business development and customer support functions of the Australian businesses.
 
Prior to this, Lindsay worked with one of the major management consulting houses for six years, during which he focussed on strategy and operations consulting, primarily in the health industry. Lindsay completed projects in Australia, New Zealand, North America and South America.  Lindsay began his career with 3 years of audit experience in Sydney, with one of the big five accounting firms.

Dr Lott trained in Australia and in the United Kingdom and holds specialist recognition in Australia and in the UK. He was Convenor of the RANZCR Annual Scientific Conference in 2008 and has been a past President of AMSIG. In Australia he has worked in both public and private radiology and was the founding Managing Partner of RadiologySA for 3 years prior to moving to London to report with IPOUK.

Following two years as Clinical Director of IPOUK, Charles returned to Australia in 2011 to undertake the role of Medical Director of Imaging Partners Online and is currently based in Sydney.

Josh began his career in Medical Imaging as a Radiographer, and has worked at Nighthawk Radiology since during his studies. After completing his degree, Josh continued as a team member at Nighthawk and was promoted to a management role.

As the General Manager of Clinical Operations, Josh is responsible for Radiologist manpower planning and aiding the Medical Director in the implementation of IPO’s Quality Assurance Program for Radiologists. In particular, he is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and roster of IPO radiologists.

Grant recently joined Imaging Partners Online as the Director of Information Technology, responsible for all of IPO’s technology operations, services, projects, and resources. The key focus of the role is to ensure IPO’s IT continues to be a key enabler of IPO’s quality standards and growth by ensuring the reliability and stability of the IPO’s networks and systems. IPO’s IT team work closely with Client IT departments and our outsourced partners to deliver innovative and quality services for our Clients and their patients on a 24x7 global basis.

Prior to joining Imaging Partners Online Grant held senior strategic and operational IT roles in both Australia and the UK, across a range of industries including mobile telecoms, wealth management, private healthcare, telemarketing, and media/entertainment.

Ronald has the critical responsibility of managing the leading edge IT and PACS infrastructure for Imaging Partners Online . A large part of his role involves driving continuous improvement in the adoption and application of technology to enable and support the imaging reporting process. In his role, Ronald works closely with the IT departments of Imaging Partner Online’s Clients to ensure outstanding service delivery . Ronald has developed a strong specialised expertise in the area of RIS/PACS having worked in research and development of RIS/PACS since 2001 and has been in support and consulting roles involving development, system implementation and troubleshooting. Since joining Imaging Partners in 2008, Ronald has continually added value to the quality of service delivery of both Imaging Partners Online and its clients.

In his own words: “It is a fantastic opportunity to be able to use my specialist knowledge and interest in RIS/PACS systems to be able to design unique and innovative solutions for the clients of Imaging Partners Online.”

Abhi is primarily responsible for the accounting function together with Jasmin. She is also assisting Lindsay with compliance matters related to Imaging Partners Online.

Abhi began her career with 6 years audit experience at KPMG, working primarily with small to medium sized entities. Abhi has spent the last four years working out of the UK, for a number of well-known US companies across a number of service industries, in a statutory reporting capacity.
 

Jasmin comes to Imaging Partners Online with over five years experience in administration and accounts assistance.

In addition to obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce Accounting, Jasmin has gained a varied range of experiences across different industries, from the scientific research industry to commercial finance.

Jasmin joined IPO as a full-time Assistant Accountant to assist with growth and development in managing the accounts of IPO and it's new branches.

Tiffany graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, with a focus on Marketing and Management.

In addition to this, Tiffany has undertaken internships with various PR and Marketing firms in New York.
Prior to joining Imaging Partners Online, Tiffany worked as a recruitment support officer with a healthcare staffing company in Sydney.

At Imaging Partners Online, Tiffany is responsible for producing various operational and analytical reports, as well as ensuring Imaging Partners Online’s compliance to ISO27001 requirements.

At Imaging Partners Online, Nitisha is directly responsible for the Radiologist and Administrative staff rosters. Working closely with Josh Hoffman, Nitisha is responsible for ensuring that Imaging Partners Online has an appropriate level of coverage across all hours of operations.

Prior to her joining Imaging Partners Online, Nitisha worked as both a customer service consultant and HR assistant at an ophthalmic lens company in Sydney.

As well as working at Imaging Partners Online, Nitisha is also currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology.

Joanna graduated with a Bachelor degree in Medical Science, and joined Imaging Partners Online as a casual QA Officer in 2008. She previously undertook the role of General Manager of Clinical Operations. Having returned to her studies in 2011, Joanna currently works with Imaging Partners Online on a part time basis, assisting with the training of both new and existing Quality Assurance and Typing staff.
